Er besteht zu 100% aus Chenin Blanc, der emblematischen Rebsorte des Loiretals, und entwickelt Aromen von weißen Früchten und weißen Blumen. Er passt perfekt zu Fisch oder Schalentieren, aber auch zu kalten Vorspeisen und Käse. |

| Das Anwesen | Es befindet sich im Herzen von Saumurois, in dem Dorf Puy-Notre-Dame. Seit dem Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts haben mehrere Generationen von Winzern das Land bewirtschaftet. Das Weingut erstreckt sich über 17 ha, auf denen Chenin, Chardonnay und Cabernet Franc gedeihen. Das Weingut ist seit 2016 durch das Ecocert-Label biologisch zertifiziert. |
