Terres blanches is a fresh, gourmet cuvée that combines intensity and liveliness. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, the emblematic grape variety of the Loire Valley, it develops aromas of white fruit and white flowers. Perfect with fish and shellfish, as well as cold starters and cheeses. |
The estate |
It is located in the heart of the Saumur region, in the village of Puy-Notre-Dame. Since the early 19th century, several generations of winegrowers have worked the land. Its 17 hectares are planted with Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc vines. The estate has been certified organic by the Ecocert label since 2016. |
Viticulture |
Clay-limestone soils The rich tuffeau content of these soils is conducive to the production of wines with character, renowned for their richness, delicacy and complexity. Harvesting is exclusively manual. |
Wine-making |
The wines are preserved in tunnels (Troglodytes) that wind their way through the entire Saumur region, ensuring optimal storage and preservation. |
