Les Perches 2023 reveals a subtle nose that takes you on a journey. A delicious blend of floral notes and fruits such as peach and pear. The palate is straightforward, with good amplitude and lots of character. The aromas perceived on the nose are also found on the palate, ending with a sapid, persistent finish. An elegant, full-bodied wine with a strong personality.

The estate |
In 1986, Benoît Dorsaz took over the family business. With the support of his wife Maryline, he undertook the re-encépagement of the vineyard and the renovation and expansion of his father’s winery. Little by little, the estate was extended to ensure, as a couple, an efficient and artisanal operation. In 30 years in the business, Benoît has carved out his own path in the Swiss wine industry, and his wines reflect what he loves: clarity, elegance and precision. |
Viticulture |

At the foot of the vines is a 10 m-high boulder of gneiss, evidence of the Aiguilles Rouges crystalline massif. This Petite Arvine de Fully is harvested exclusively by hand.Arvine is the emblem of Fully’s vineyards. Harvested in 2 selections between September 26th and October 4th.
