| Storage | You can store your glasses in a cupboard or in their original carton. But wash them before and after use. They will accumulate dirt no matter how they are stored. Rinse them quickly in hot water, then dry them carefully with a clean microfiber or linen cloth. In the latter case, beware of heavy filament deposition if the linen is new. |
| To keep your glasses in good condition | Use the dishwasher only as a last resort and only to clean solid wine glasses (never crystal glasses). Be sure to use a gentle wash cycle, avoid the heat-dry cycle, and separate glasses so they don’t clash. However, as dishwashers tend to leave some residue, you’ll get better long-term results by washing by hand.
Wash wine glasses quickly inside and out after use. Then remove any residue, stains, wine residue, lipstick marks or fingerprints. However, if it’s not possible to wash your wine glasses immediately after use, fill them with water so that the wine doesn’t stick to them, making them easier to clean. Then dry the glasses immediately with a clean microfiber cloth to avoid water marks. |
