Description |
June honey. At this time of year, bees feed on acacia flowers, as well as a wide variety of other flowers. The honey is liquid, tender and elegant. Stéphanie’s honeys are raw and fresh, unheated from harvest to bottling. Honey with no added sugar, the sugars are naturally present. The bees are not fed glucose syrup to produce their honey. |
Producer |
Stéphanie is a beekeeper from Geneva who, after a chance encounter with a swarm in her garden, decided to do everything she could to save it. This gesture, perceived as a sign, became a matter of course. She had to make it her profession, which became a real mission: to protect bees and preserve our ecosystem for the beauty and biodiversity of our countryside. A true enthusiast, Stéphanie takes her time to ensure that the bees are in tip-top shape and produce good honey. It’s a painstaking, time-consuming job that takes years and seasons to complete. She carefully nurtures each new colony introduced to Geneva. |
