| Description | Grey and blond fire morels with double walls. Their flesh is firm and fleshy. Sand-free, air-dried and protected from the sun’s rays. They are picked by Morilles de Feu, a company that handles every stage from training pickers to importing, including selective sorting and state-of-the-art drying. Lovers of high-quality products, they decided to focus all their attention on these morels, which are simply reputed to be the best on the market.
