Description Black metal Bilame corkscrew, L’Atelier du Vin’s historic professional tool since 1949.
Design Designed and manufactured in France, patented in 1949.
Comments The Bilame corkscrew is the perfect tool for extracting fragile or damaged corks. It can also be used to cork the opened bottle. Legend has it that the Bilame was highly prized by certain waiters for taking a few centilitres from large bottles, which they then replaced with water and recorked without leaving any trace of their break-in. Occasionally, the original cork may not be reusable due to its condition or its composition (cork agglomerate or plastic). In such cases, we recommend using the Vacu Vin: Wine Saver pump.
Use 1. Insert the tip of the longer blade first, then the tip of the shorter blade.

2. Push both blades in vertically, using a rocking motion.

3. When both blades are pushed in, pull out the Bilame corkscrew by turning the handle.

4. And that’s it!
