14. Returns
You can return any merchandise that does not suit you within 14 days of receiving the order.
L'ESPRIT DU VIN only accepts returns of merchandise in good condition and in their original packaging accompanied by a paper copy of the invoice.
When returns are made in the prescribed manner, L'ESPRIT DU VIN will refund the price of the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. Processing and shipping costs are your responsibility.
15. Corked/defective bottles
Bottles with a "corked" taste are not eligible for a refund unless it is a case of repeated cork taint. In that case, bottles returned at least three-quarters full with the original cork will be replaced free of charge. If replacement is not possible, you will receive a credit in the form of a personal promotional code. These refund conditions are valid for a maximum of six months from the date of purchase.
