14. Returns

You may return any merchandise that does not meet your expectations within 14 days of receiving your order.

L’ESPRIT DU VIN only accepts returns of merchandise that is in good condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by a printed copy of the invoice.

When returns are made in the prescribed manner, L’ESPRIT DU VIN will refund the price of the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days from the date the returned goods are received. Processing and shipping costs are at your own expense.

15. Corked/Defective Bottles

Bottles showing a “cork taint” are not refunded unless there are repeated incidents with the same wine. In such cases, bottles returned at least 3/4 full and with the original cork will be replaced free of charge. If replacement of the merchandise is not possible, a store credit in the form of a personal promotional code will be issued. These refund conditions are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
