The Merlot is planted on an area of 6 hectares on predominantly clay soils. The harvest is mechanical.

Once pressed, the must will undergo alcoholic fermentation thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts. It will then be aged in tanks on its fine lees, which will give it richness and roundness.

Bordeaux

What is a natural wine?

A natural wine is made from organic or biodynamic grapes, harvested by hand and vinified without chemical inputs. No yeast or additives are used, and sulfur is very limited. The wine thus fully reflects the terroir and the winemaker's work.
