The estate covers 14 hectares, 6.5 hectares of which are woodland and deciduous trees that act as a natural lung during the summer months, helping to cool and moderate the air. The vineyards cover 7.5 hectares and are situated on clay-limestone soil with sandy veins. They benefit from excellent west-southwest exposure. Natural grass cover is maintained between the rows, and green harvesting takes place in July. The grapes are then hand-harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September, at optimal ripeness, into 20 kg perforated crates.
