The double-bladed corkscrew is the perfect tool for removing fragile or damaged corks. It can also be used to reseal an opened bottle. Legend has it that the double-bladed corkscrew was highly prized by some waiters for taking a few centiliters from large bottles, which they would then replace with water and reseale without leaving any trace of their tampering. Sometimes the original cork may not be reusable due to its condition or its composition (cork composite or plastic). In such cases, we recommend using the Vacu Vin: Wine Saver pump.
