Morels of Fire specializes in organizing expeditions to the Canadian Wild West (Yukon, British Columbia, Northwest Territories). This region is renowned as the prime location for these iconic mushrooms, which thrive in the soils of forests ravaged by natural fires. Their motto is "From Picker to Consumer." They guarantee traceability, a fair wage for the pickers, and a fair price upon arrival. Longtime friends of the founder of Morels of Fire, we have chosen to offer you these unique products after being completely convinced of their exceptional quality ourselves.

Morels are toxic if eaten raw! They must be cooked before consumption! They tolerate cooking well, so feel free to simmer them. This also applies to fresh morels.
