Description
London Dry Gin is handcrafted from organic wheat grown in Ogens and triple-distilled. This distinguishes it from conventional gins (made from redistilled industrial alcohol). An unfiltered, fresh, and spicy gin with an elegant bitterness, it reveals complex notes of pine and pepper. Enjoy it neat, with a good tonic water, or in a cocktail.

The wheat used for the production of London Dry Gin is grown organically in the commune of Ogens, about twenty kilometers from Pompaples.
The grain is mashed, followed by several days of fermentation. A double distillation yields a very high ABV spirit. This is then diluted before being infused with a secret blend of about ten carefully selected, 100% organic botanicals. A third and final distillation results in a fresh and powerful gin of superior quality. It is unfiltered to retain the most subtle and profound flavors. The London Dry Gin is then aged in demijohns for two months before being bottled, labeled, and sealed by hand.
The La Roja distillery is located in the attic of the Moulin Bornu in Pompaples – known as the Middle of the World – where the waters of the Nozon River split to flow south towards the Rhône and the Mediterranean Sea. Production is intentionally limited to ensure excellent quality. This allows Julien and Antoine to be involved in every step of the process, from field to bottle, with one absolute requirement: the use of organic, and whenever possible, locally sourced raw materials. They are also constantly striving to minimize their environmental footprint.
