The nose is immediately striking for its freshness and garrigue notes. The palate reveals a beautiful balance with supple, silky, and well-integrated tannins. The finish has a subtle hint of licorice. A signature cuvée, quintessentially "maritime".

The vines are located primarily on the unique terroir of the Leucate plateau, bordering cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Our grapes are entirely harvested by hand. ZE Fitou comes from the majestic, windswept cliffs of Leucate. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness.

Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The different grape varieties that make up this cuvée are vinified separately. The aging process lasts 9 months, with the press wines (15-20% of the cuvée's volume) aged in arriques (large barrels) and the free-run wines aged in concrete tanks.

Mas des Caprices

Situé à Leucate, entre Narbonne et Perpignan, dans la région Occitanie, le domaine est dirigé par Mireille et Pierre Mann, enfants de vignerons alsaciens. Ils ont décidé un jour de quitter leur terre natale à cause d’une envie de nouveautés et de relever de nouveaux défis. Cette terre, sur laquelle les vents des Pyrénées et la mer s’entremêlent, a attisé leur soif de curiosité et de découverte pour finalement ne plus la quitter. Tout le domaine est certifié agriculture bio et biodynamique
